Kids Alive International USA began its work in Beirut in 1948 by setting up a Children’s Home – Dar El Awlad - to transform the lives of children at risk. During more than sixty years, our ministry in Lebanon has had an excellent track record in improving the lives of many hundreds of vulnerable children in this volatile region.

Kids Alive Lebanon is currently an oasis for more than one hundred children of different nationalities. In each of our programmes we endeavour to create a warm, caring environment where each child feels secure and loved. Our hope and prayer for each of our children is that they mature into well-rounded confident young adults who will have a positive impact on their families, communities and their nation. More than anything, we desire to see our children come to know the love of Jesus Christ, and serve Him in their lives.
