Many children in the Karundas region of Kenya are so poor that they have to work long mind-numbing hours in nearby quarries, just so they can be fed. Your sponsorship will enable them to attend our Hall Mead School, where they receive a great education AND free food, so they no longer have to work. Just about all have lost at least one parent and 1 in 4 is HIV. We will choose a child for you to sponsor, but feel free to drop us an email if you'd prefer a boy or a girl.
Can you help feed a child at the Kids Alive Hall Mead school in Kenya? Hall Mead serves around 500 impoverished children who would otherwise be working in the local quarries. We provide an excellent education as well as holistic care through nutritional food, trauma counselling and family support.
For as little as £4 you can help us provide a nutritious meal each day to one of the 500 or so students we serve at Hall Mead school for a month!
Your kind gift can provide emergency food, help us get children back to school, provide trauma counselling, parenting skills and above all, enable us to integrate them into our local partner churches.
Your donation will make a huge difference, no matter how large or small.
