On a team

Join one of our Short-Term Teams, which are designed for people who are looking to learn from, engage with, and encourage our field partners and the children and communities we serve. Being part of a team can be a life-changing experience and enables people to experience their faith in Jesus Christ on a whole new level! Service Teams usually number between five and twelve participants and are formed out of a church, organisation or family, and serve on one of our fields for one or two weeks.

A team usually works together to accomplish a specific goal, such as leading a children's programme, doing construction or making improvements to a home – depending on the team's interests and skills. We encourage teams to build long-lasting relationships with people as well as projects.

To express an interest in leading or joining a team, or if you have any questions, please click on the 'On a Team' option in the menu on the right.
