Haiti is still reeling from a terrible earthquake in 2010 where many children lost at least one parent and now live in abject poverty, often completely abandoned.  Kids Alive Children’s Village is a residential programme for 37 of the most vulnerable who have no family and/or it is simply too unsafe for them to leave our care.

Our team of social workers always try and trace the child’s family and work closely with them to integrate the child back into a loving home and/or help the older ones transition to adulthood through our ‘Independent Living’ programme.
